Booking a Schiphol hotel massage from the room
Every booking here is made in writing. Five facts in a first message are enough for a complete reply, and nothing is held until the hour, the figure and her journey out have all been agreed in the thread.
An airport booking runs in a fixed order. You write from the room. The reply confirms the therapist you asked for or says who is free, gives the figure and agrees her journey out to your building. Half the fee goes ahead. Then she travels, and the balance is settled when she arrives.
The five facts a Schiphol hotel massage booking needs
The building. The name of the hotel, and whether it sits by the terminal, in Schiphol-Oost, in Schiphol-Rijk or on a shuttle route. The name never appears on this site, but it has to appear in the thread.
The room. The number, and the wing or tower if the building has more than one. Add anything about getting to it: a lift that needs a key card, a side entrance used at night, a desk that calls up before a visitor goes to a floor.
The hour. In Amsterdam time. Phones that have not yet caught up with the time zone cause more wrong start times than anything else.
The length. An hour, ninety minutes, two, three, or the eight hour overnight. If an alarm or a meeting fixes the far end of the evening, give that time and a length will be suggested against it.
Who. A name from the roster, or a line describing the evening. Say whether it is one therapist or two, and whether two of you will be in the room.
What comes back
The reply names who is free, states the figure, and settles the journey out to your building. Airport visits are arranged rather than quoted, so the time it takes her to reach you is agreed before anything is fixed. One word from you confirms it. Nothing is asked of you before that: no form, no account and no card details typed into a web page.
Half ahead, and what it covers
Every booking at Schiphol, Schiphol-Rijk or Schiphol-Oost is confirmed with half the fee before she sets out. The same applies in the city to a booking made more than twenty-four hours ahead, an overnight, two therapists, three hours or more, a peak date and a first booking with the house. On ninety minutes at 270 euros, 135 goes ahead. On the eight hour night at 1,250, the advance is 625. On two hours with two therapists at 720, it is 360. The deposit travels by card, Revolut, Wise or crypto, with the details given only inside the confirmed thread. The balance is settled on arrival by card, crypto or cash in any major currency, with the sum stated in writing first.
If the plan changes
More than twenty-four hours before the booked time, a cancellation returns the whole deposit. Inside the last twenty-four hours, while she has not yet set out, half the deposit is kept as fee already earned and half is repaid. Once she is on her way, the whole deposit is kept. If the hour is taken by another client, the deposit comes back in full, and if you can show the loss was smaller than the share kept, only the smaller sum is kept.
